It was a waste of a Christmas present. I contacted costumer service and they wrote back saying it doesn't work with Mac. This product does not work with Mac computers, and it doesn't say that anywhere in the product description. I bought it as a Christmas present for my father, and when we tried to download, nothing worked.
i tried it on XP and worked.If it doesn't work with vista why they mentioned "vista ready". You need to use their software to upload pictures. and you CAN NOT upload pictures under Vista.
I expected more compatibility from a basic photo viewer. Despite all my efforts, I couldn't get this to work with Mac OS X. Nowhere in the product information does it say it is Windows only, but it is.
Couldnt get anything to upload on it customer service sucked and the website was a joke sent it back
It would also be nice if it were possible to randomize the photos, which always display in the same order. This is good enough for what it is, a relatively inexpensive miniature photo viewer. But it's a little bulky for a keychain item and the viewer shows mediocre images.
